By registering, requesting a consultation or ordering a 3D horseshoe from Apex Horseshoes you accept the following terms of use.
1. Scope of the service
Apex Horseshoes provides podiatry advice and the design and manufacture of 3D-printed horseshoes based on the clinical information, radiographs and images supplied by the user. The service is technical support for the veterinary and farriery team and never replaces in-person diagnosis, treatment or follow-up by a veterinarian.
2. Responsibility for the information you provide
You warrant that the radiographs, photographs, measurements and clinical data you send are genuine, current and belong to the horse of the case. Design quality depends directly on the quality of the material received: poorly calibrated, incomplete or non-compliant images may prevent manufacture or lead to a sub-optimal result.
3. Professional use and fitting
Fitting and final adjustment of the horseshoe must be carried out by a qualified farrier or veterinarian. Apex Horseshoes is not liable for incorrect application of the product, lack of clinical follow-up or therapeutic decisions taken by third parties.
4. Clinical outcomes
Laminitis and other hoof pathologies are multifactorial processes. No specific clinical outcome or recovery time is guaranteed; the cases published on this website are real examples and do not constitute a promise of results.
5. Orders, prices and payments
Quotes and consultations are paid through the secure payment gateway before work starts. Prices are shown with the taxes applicable to your country and type of service. A case is only considered active once payment has been confirmed.
6. Custom-made product and returns
Horseshoes are made to measure for a specific horse and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal once production has started. If the product has a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will assess its replacement.
7. Lead times and shipping
Design, printing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, the quality of the material received and the carrier. Customs duties and formalities for international shipments are borne by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Account use
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account. Using the platform for unlawful purposes, impersonating others or uploading content you do not own is prohibited.
9. Intellectual property
The designs, 3D models, guides, texts and images of Apex Horseshoes are owned by Apex Horseshoes. Reproduction, resale, reverse engineering or reprinting without written authorisation is not permitted.
10. Personal data and clinical images
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Clinical images may be used in anonymised form for teaching or educational purposes, and you may object to this use by writing to us.
11. Changes and applicable law
Apex Horseshoes may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. These terms are governed by Spanish law and the Spanish courts shall have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer rules provide otherwise.
